This man is a piece of s***. What him and his organization did to me and my son the summer of 04 and 05 will never be forgotten or forgiven. This piece of s*** and his organization robbed my son of the opportunity to become an amateur champion. The second year that we fought down at ringside they were mad because my son was whipping Ringside fighters asses that they started to up the minutes in the rounds. They were supposed to fight 1 1/2 minutes. They made my son fight 1 1/2 minutes the first round 2 1/2 the second round and 3 1/2 minutes rhe 3rd round. These people at Ringside are low life scumbags. Dont take your fighters under no circumstances to their tournaments. If anyone doesn't believe me i have the tapes.

Its a big pad . If you ever worked with pads with a powerful puncher this helps the trainer absorb the punches. I way 150 lbs .If you work pads with a heavy weight power hitter this would be God send!

Fundamentals: 1. 0:46 Left foot out front the length of a normal step, left shoulder out front, knees slightly bent 2. 1:56 elbows in front of the body, hard stuff in front of the soft stuff, (common sense) 3. 2:08 Hands in front of your head nose level. 4. 2:56 Throw Punches straight out straight back.
